PickleballLYFE Trip Cancellation Policy
At PickleballLYFE, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to provide flexibility while maintaining the commitments we’ve made to our partners and participants. Below is our standard trip cancellation policy:
- Cancellation by the Participant:
- 90 Days or More Before Departure: A full refund of payments made, minus a non-refundable deposit (if applicable) to cover administrative fees.
- 60-89 Days Before Departure: 50% of the total trip cost will be refunded.
- 45-59 Days Before Departure: 25% of the total trip cost will be refunded.
- Less Than 45 Days Before Departure: No refund will be provided.
- Cancellation by PickleballLYFE: In the rare event that PickleballLYFE must cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, insufficient participation, or travel restrictions), participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another trip.
- No Show Policy: If a participant does not arrive at the start of the trip or leaves early, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the trip.
- Changes to Itinerary or Activities: While we strive to provide the experiences outlined in our itineraries, activities, and schedules are subject to change due to weather, availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be issued for modifications to the itinerary.
- Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that participants purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, trip interruptions, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen events. Travel insurance provides peace of mind and may cover non-refundable costs should you need to cancel for reasons beyond your control.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request. Any non-refundable deposits or payments to third-party vendors, such as hotels and activity providers, will not be included in the refund amount.
